Returns/Faulty Products

No Returns or Exchanges will be given IF you change your mind. However if there are any claims for damage or loss in transit, they must be reported to us within 48 hours. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit however details of any claim should be advised to us immediately and we will do all we can to rectify any situations that may arise. We do suggest paying the extra for a signature courier. Please contact us to organise this before placing your order.
